Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

First-draft notice. Working version, under counsel review. The final terms will be in place before any paid customer signs up. Product-specific terms (SaaS subscriptions, on-premise licences) are governed by the MSA signed at contract — these site terms only cover use of ksoftweb.com.

1. Acceptance

By using ksoftweb.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Use of this site

You may:

  • Browse all public pages.
  • Submit forms (contact, demo, application, newsletter) honestly with your real details.
  • Link to any page (we appreciate it).
  • Quote short excerpts of our blog posts with attribution.

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the site.
  • Submit spam, fake details, or content that is illegal in India.
  • Republish entire articles without permission.
  • Try to access the admin or client portal without an active account.

3. Intellectual property

All copy, design, screenshots and code on ksoftweb.com are © 2026 KSoftWeb. The KSoftWeb logo, “KSoftWeb” name and the names of our six products (GymPulse, SocietyNest, PGLife, CoachPro, StockSphere, TrackForce) are trademarks of KSoftWeb.

4. Submissions to forms

Information you send us via forms is used only to respond to you. See our privacy policy for details on data handling.

5. Third-party content

Where we link to third-party services (Razorpay, WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Google Analytics, etc.) those services are governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for what they do with you.

6. Job applications

Resumes and cover letters submitted via /careers are kept on file for up to 12 months and are reviewed only by hiring members of the team. We will reply to every application, even if it's a no.

7. Pricing displayed on the site

Prices on the /pricing and product pages are current INR list prices and exclude GST. Final pricing for an actual deployment is confirmed in writing in the MSA before payment. We may update list prices at any time without notice; existing customers are governed by the rates in their signed MSA.

8. Service uptime + warranties

The marketing site at ksoftweb.com is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it online but provide no warranty of uninterrupted access. Service- level agreements for the actual ERP products are governed by the MSA and the chosen plan tier.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSoftWeb is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Our maximum liability for direct damages is limited to ₹10,000 — except where higher liability is mandated by Indian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Durg, Chhattisgarh.

11. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date above tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
