About the role
We build six production ERPs used by gyms, housing societies, PGs, coaching institutes and field teams across India. You will own backend features end-to-end on Laravel 11 — schema design, APIs consumed by React and React Native apps, queued jobs, and integrations like Razorpay and the WhatsApp Business API.
This is a remote-first role with quarterly meetups in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
What you’ll do
- Design and ship REST APIs in Laravel 11 for our ERP products
- Model complex business domains (billing, inventory, attendance) into clean migrations and Eloquent models
- Build queued jobs, notifications and scheduled tasks that run reliably at scale
- Integrate payment gateways (Razorpay/UPI), WhatsApp Business API and GST e-invoicing
- Write tests for the paths that matter and review teammates' PRs
- Debug production issues with logs, metrics and a calm head
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of professional Laravel experience (Laravel 9+ preferred)
- Strong MySQL fundamentals: indexes, transactions, query optimisation
- Comfort with queues, caching and API authentication patterns
- Familiarity with Git workflows and code review culture
- Bonus: Filament, multi-tenancy patterns, Razorpay or WhatsApp Cloud API experience
- Clear written communication in English or Hindi
